There is a website called www.ripoffreport.com .  On The rip off report  you can post information if you feel you were ripped off from a company or person.  It is a good idea if you use this website to see if the breeder you want to use is on there. 

 Please note that if you do find the breeder you want to use on there ask them about it.  But if the breeder you want to use in on the rip off report multiple times or over the period of years I would I personally would think twice before using them...

Every one can make one mistake or maybe even two but if they have made more then that there is most likely a problem..

If you find your breeder on there make sure you do more research on them.. Definitely talk to their vet, and past puppy parents .. And make sure their vet is NOT related to them..  If you find your breeder on rip off report make sure you contact past puppyparents of shichons.  If the shichon breeder will not give you at least 10 references  I would not get a baby from them.

 

Here are some searches we did on A shichon breeder below is on there 31 times on the searches we did. She could be on there more we stop searching after 31 issues..

We did a search on Sherry Carter in Forkland, Alabama using her name and her shih tzu website. Carters Cuties. We did not search on her other Shih tzu website Shihtzusforever.com We could of done it with her telephone numbers, and email address but we thought 30 reports was more then we could read.. Who knows how many more would of came up. This is what we found..
